Over the last few weeks, I ran a quick experiment with different sources of DHA. 在过去的几周里,我用不同的DHA来源做了一个快速实验。

?My liver has consistently tested incoherent since birth. This puts a limit to the enzymatic pathways needed to process DHA from whole foods. This is mostly fixed with methylation support (mostly manganese and molybdenum). ?Algae-derived DHA consistently tests for improvements to cardiac and parathyroid function.Coherence is achieved in gate 21 and 51 on Human Design bodygraphs, correlating to acupuncture points of the heart inflow (just above and right of the left nipple region), heart (CV-14), thymus (slightly below collar bone at center line of body), and parathyroid (neck region right below chin)Fish-derived and Whole Food DHA do not improve coherence in these areas. 从海藻中提取的DHA一直被用于改善心脏和甲状旁腺功能。在Human Design人体图上第21和第51实现了一致性,与心脏流入点(刚好在左乳头区域的上方和右侧)、心脏(CV-14)、胸腺(在身体中线锁骨略下方)和甲状旁腺(脖子区域在下巴下方)的穴位相关。鱼源DHA和天然食品DHA并不能改善这些领域的一致性。

Cold processed and properly stored away from high temperatures and light in the case of supplemental capsules. sn-1 vs sn-2 DHA DHA can be attached to the glycerol backbone in 3 different positions. DHA以3种不同位置附着在甘油主键上。

We have no good explanation for why exactly this is the case (that sn-2 position DHA is better incorporation into the brain), though I speculate that the more symmetrical nature of sn-2 DHA allows for more enzyme specificity due to the limited degrees of freedom for charge channeling. 并没有很好的解释为什么会出现这种情况(sn-2位置的DHA更好地融入大脑),尽管我推测sn-2 DHA更对称的性质允许更多的酶特异性因为电荷通道的自由度有限。
sn-1 position DHA seems to be more easily processed by pancreatic enzymatic pathways, and transported within blood plasma. The implications of this I do not know. I can speculate that there is some interaction between charge interaction between the blood-borne products of sn-1 catabolism with cholesterol-sulfate in the arteries, and hence provides the oxidative signal required to maintain good cardiac function. sn-1位DHA似乎更容易通过胰酶途径处理,并在血浆中运输。我不知道这意味着什么。我可以推测,在动脉中sn-1分解代谢的血液产物与胆固醇-硫酸盐之间的电荷相互作用之间存在某种相互作用,从而提供维持良好心脏功能所需的氧化信号。

Questions and Tentative Conclusions 问题与初步结论
Always test. DHA from seafood, from seafood-derived supplements, or from algae-derived supplements can be "the best option" depending on the context. 频繁测试。根据具体情况,从海鲜、海鲜衍生补充剂或藻类衍生补充剂中提取DHA可能是“最佳选择”。
