Albert Szent-Györgyi （1893 年 9 月 16 日 - 1986 年 10 月 22 日）是匈牙利生物化学家，1937 年获得诺贝尔生理学或医学奖。他被认为是第一个分离维生素 C并发现维生素 C的人。柠檬酸循环的成分和反应。

If, however, oxygen is withheld but periodically, as in the experiments of Cameron and Goldblatt, and restored before death ensues, then we can expect no only that the oxidative system will become disorganized but also that there will be degeneration of all those higher functions and regulation which demands structure and a perturbed electromagnetic field for their function and energization.
