Welcome to the Ancient Health Podcast, where East meets West in the world of medicine. I'm Dr. Chris Motley, and here we explore how modern Western science and traditional Eastern wisdom come together to unlock the body's full healing potential. Each week, we'll dive into powerful tools, techniques, and approaches from both sides of the world to help you optimize your health and live with vitality. Let's bridge the gap between ancient practices and cutting-edge medicine. Let's get started.

01:39

Hello friends, welcome to the Ancient Health Podcast where East meets West. I'm your host Dr. Chris Motley. Today we're going to talk about seasonal allergies and all the symptoms of seasonal allergies such as the runny nose, the itchy eyes, the clogged ears, the drainage in the throat, sometimes a little rash or hives. And we're going to talk about the relationship of the allergies to the function of the bladder and the kidneys.

02:10

Things such as kidney stones, bladder stones, UTIs, and these chronic conditions and how they have a direct correlation to your allergies. So in this podcast, we want to talk about the signs and symptoms of bladder and kidney infections or imbalance. We're going to talk about herbs such as andrographis, which can be antihistamine.

02:34

and help your body with the allergy symptoms. We're also going to talk about possible foods that could irritate your histamine response. And then we want to really dive into the emotions that could be causing bladder and kidney issues and could set up the backdrop in your neurology, in your body, could set up the programs that would cause you to have this type of allergic reaction.

03:03

So first of all, let's recall and remember what the histamine response is. Some people call it mast cell activation syndrome, MCAS, when a body has so much inflammation that they call it a mast cell release. So when your body encounters a pollen, if it encounters a mold spore, if it encounters dust, if it encounters mold,

03:31

chemical asbestos, when it gets into your body, up into your nasal cavities and your mucosal lining and your sinuses encounter it, and then it goes down into your throat or into the trachea or even into the lungs, your body encounters the agent and it sees it as something that's not natural to your body. So then your body will then have these small cells called mast cells, and these are immune type cells, and the mast cells will then release histamine.

04:00

And histamine, it ends in an INE, which is an amino acid. And it then can signal to your body to bring in other cells. So histamine is released. It activates your immune system to bring other cells in to go and gobble up the offending agent, that being the pollen, the dust, the mold, etc. So you have these other cells coming in, some such as granulocytes,

04:30

T lymphocytes and there are some B cells that are actually activated and these cells can actually come in, devour the pollen, etc.,

04:40

and then it will release toxicities that can be then dumped into the lymph nodes so that you actually eliminate things and get rid of them. Now remember, as this activation is occurring, that is when you get the symptomatology. That's when you start to get the itchy eyes and the runny nose. These are attempts for your body to actually excrete and get rid of these offending agents quickly and efficiently. So your body is doing everything it can to actually get rid of the problem.

05:09

So we often look at these types of symptoms as something that's bad. And in fact, they're actually good signs and symptoms that your body is trying to work. If you had a rash, your body's trying to use your skin as the excretory system, trying to push it out through the skin. If you're having a lot of snot, your body's trying to create a lot of mucus and serous fluid to actually take the spores and put them out into the opening. And so you actually like just let it drain out. So your body is doing everything it can to push this junk out.

05:41

So as this mass sale response is happening, you are starting to see it happen every season. And we all assume, and it is true that whenever you get into the new spring season time, when they're putting mulch out into your yards, you'll have mulch and the mulch is dead, decaying organic matter, which helps feed the soil.

06:06

But when you have rain that falls down on the mulch or on your lawn, you have basically a lot of the spores that are pushed up into the air. So not only do you have like decaying leaves, I mean, you have the fall time leaves, they're getting eaten up by, you know, fungal matter on the ground. They're starting to decompose. You have all of these things that are occurring in your yard and then all these spores jump up in the air. That's one aspect.

06:35

And when you have new pollens then that are coming in from air streams, so you have something that's already on the ground, then you have air currents that are bringing in pollens from other parts of the world or other parts of the country, literally. You could have a forest fire somewhere else bringing in ash and dust. These all can contribute to something you're breathing in or pulling into your body, and it can happen during the springtime season. Sometimes in the falltime season,

07:03

But if you find yourself every springtime season having this type of condition and problem, yes it could be the new buds, it could be flowering plants, it could be the mold that is being produced. But in my opinion, you have to look at underlying infections and microbes that have already existed in the body

07:30

and that has weakened your body or has caused a lot of energetic fatigue that allows your body then to be more susceptible to the things that are coming in during the springtime season. I wondered this because I had a family member that always had chronic congestion, allergic to dust mites, allergic to the pollen. I didn't necessarily have that.

07:57

can I say determine or sort of dictate at times in their life that they could be more sensitive to different types of allergies. So you have these things occurring and you have this type of response in the body. And since it's happening every single season, we can always basically hear on the news that it's just because a new pollen is in the air or a new particle or mold, which could be true.

08:28

But truly, your body should be able to handle lots of the allergens that are out there. But since we are in a world where there's so many microbes and so many infections hanging around, it makes us tired. And I sympathize with everybody that comes in that has the seasonal allergies. If you guys are listening right now, one of the main individuals that come in to the office for seasonal allergies are golfers. Golfers and baseball players, softball players.

09:00

And men and women come in and they will say, hey, doc, I need to have you help me with some sensitivities that I'm having to, you know, the allergic spores. And I'm not saying I cure allergies. What I do say in Chinese medicine is that I try to balance many of the meridians, especially around the lungs and around the sinuses that could actually strengthen up the organs, such as the lungs, the stomach, even the trachea and the sinuses within the brain that actually help them to clean out 语法解析

09:31

previous infections that have been there for a long time that allow those organs to become strong to handle the new things that are coming in. And so I see a lot of success with it. And one of the things that I think is really, really encouraging is that many of the individuals I don't see for a few years and sometimes they just 语法解析

09:52

encounter new spores, they got a new infection or they've got new layers of infections coming up within the next two or three years after I've seen them and they'll say, “Doc, I need a little revamp.” Now, when they need a revamp, it's because I've realized that their body is basically undergoing a new layer of dysfunction, trying to release it. And one of the things that I really have seen throughout my career, it's been over 20 plus years now, 语法解析

10:23

Time flies. I cannot believe it everyone. That is crazy. But what I've seen is that individuals with chronic sinus infections have a common theme and that theme is a chronic bladder slash kidney infection or chronic UTIs from the past or bladder infections or even chronic kidney infections. The bladder meridian is the first point, number one, is right in between the eyes.

10:55

And the meridian goes right above the right along the edge of the eyebrows and then shoots right back over the head. And it goes right over the head, down the back of the neck, down the back. If you guys are listening to me on, you know, just without seeing this, but it goes right down the sides of the spine, through the glutes, through the hamstrings on both sides, down the calves, down through the heels, like plantar fascia, down to the balls of the feet.

11:24

So let's say this is the story you guys get seasonal allergies we know that you know you've had like some allergy testing and you can see that you have allergies to mold, mold toxins, mycotoxins, spores. You've had some infections in the lungs maybe mycoplasma or strep and these are all valid. Now once an infection gets up into the sinuses and gets up into the head

11:48

I've heard Dr. Levy was telling me in a podcast, he's a cardiologist that studies the heart, studies infections, and says that once like a spore of a certain microbe gets up into the sinuses, some are so strong and so viable that they can actually create mucus or biofilms within the area they attach to, within the sinuses, within your nose, within the sinuses, underneath the eyes, or sides of the eyes, or up above in the forehead, and create mucus. And the mucus becomes very thick.

12:18

and it can harden. And in fact, many times infections will get behind the mucus, hide in it so that your immune system can't go and kill it. If you can envision that and picture that. So you have this thick mucus happening in your head and your throat and your ears, and it's hiding the infections all the while that are not getting exposed, not being killed off or cleaned out. And it's literally just repeatedly staying in your body, growing, replicating, multiplying,

12:53

and you're not really cleaning it out. That's why some individuals go, oh, I have low-lying congestion, and they're always sniffing their nose, and they always talk like the elbows have something in their cytuses. And I'm not making fun of this. I've had patients that come in and have this. It's very irritating. That's why some individuals get sleep apnea all the time. I need a CPAP machine. So you have these infections occurring,

13:15

But when you have weakness in the bladder or kidneys, because there are paired meridians, kidneys have the tubes that drain your pee into the bladder and then the bladder goes to the urethra and the urethra goes into the opening and you pee it out. So they're the urinary system. It's one unit. But you can have infections that build up in the bladder and kidney system, which can make them very inflamed. Why is this important? Because the point between your eyes, the bladder one, is remember…

13:50

It's a point on the meridian system that's very important. Remember, points on the meridian system can get blocked and create over inflammation at that blockage point. Too much Qi build up, too much inflammation because of the excess electricity between the eyes. What does excess inflammation create? Inflammation in the tissues around the point, i.e. around the eyes.

14:17

So you're going to have pain behind the eyes, pain around the eyes, dry eyes, or crust that comes out of the eyes. That's number one that you can see with a bladder infection issue. And kidneys. So when I use bladder and kidney, I'm almost using them interchangeably because usually you'll find a person has a kidney infection or an old UTI since they were a kid, maybe have some kidney stones or sludge, and that is hiding those infections.

14:45

and those infections are leaking their way down through the tubes down to the bladder. And so you have this chronic infection state within the urinary system. Now, this is all correlated and connected with the infections that have been taking place up into the sinuses. So if you have all the infections up in the sinuses and they're building this mucus and this plaque, why don't you have enough energy to actually flush them out? Because the sinuses…

15:15

The areas around the eyes could be weakened because the bladder or the kidneys have had an infection for a chronically long time. Does that make sense? The bladder and the kidneys can be chronically weak. They don't express enough energy within the sinus area. The sinuses get weak and then all the infections and all the microbes and all the dust and all the pollen you breathe in sticks within your sinuses and they're not excreted. Simple mechanics.

15:42

That's why when you use Navage or Navage instrument or if you do a saline rinse, that's why it feels so good when you do it, when you get all the stuff out or when people show themselves online where they squeeze or they press that machine where the water is going up through the sides and they hear these huge snot mucus globs come out because that's what's happening. They're staying up in that area.

16:05

It's just stuck because there's not enough energy or qi to help clean out the system. Now what happens when the infections or the mucus stay up in your sinuses and it's housing those infections? The infections actually can almost poop, not almost poop, what I'm saying, they poop and they create enough toxins and those toxins have been known to pass the blood-brain barrier and also get into the tissues around the brain and so you start having brain fog, memory issues.

16:33

I cannot tell you how many times I've seen individuals that had short-term memory loss, brain fog, dementia-like symptoms, and they have had reports on their blood report or on their testing from labs of high levels of strep or staph up in the sinuses. One of the labs or two of the labs I really like, and our producer could put this in the notes, is Microgen, G-E-N-D-X, MicrogenDx. And I want you to research them. They're out of Lubbock, Texas, MicrogenDx.com.

17:05

And they do one called a sineukey. And the sineukey, like sinus key, will go up and you can dig up in your nose with a swab and you can put it into a tube and they'll go and test what kind of infections you have. Now they test for over 50,000 different types of bacteria and some yeast, candida. And you're going to be surprised at what you find because you wouldn't think that a small unknown bacteria or yeast can cause that much issue. But it can.

17:33

So you have these things lurking around, giving your body a problem. And then we go down south and we look down into the bladder and kidneys and you start to wonder, man, do I have a kidney or bladder infection causing that issues around my eyes and my sinuses and my ears? For heaven's sake, my teeth even hurt from the sinuses and infections. And if this is you, then we need to look at some of the sinus symptoms. So you can write this down or make a mental note.

18:03

So let's go through this. I hope I don't overwhelm. These are some common signs and symptoms that you could have that would show that you have a bladder or a kidney infection that's subclinical, that may not show up on a normal UTI, but that you may need more extensive testing from a lab that tests for a lot more types of infections than just E. coli. Because there's more types of bacteria and infections other than just E. coli that can give you UTI.

18:33

Some medical establishments will say, “Oh, you don't have a UTI because you don't have E. coli.” Well, there's streps and staphs and lactobacillus and many other infections that commonly can cause UTIs. I'm just going to tell you that, bar none. Check out MicrogenDx's website. It is something I've learned so much about chronic infections.

18:51

So if you see that these chronic infections are capable of getting into the bladder and kidney, you can also get a UroKey. You can do the sinus key, but UroKey test, U-R-O-K-E-Y, and you can get an extensive urinalysis testing. And I've had some individuals that had so many things clean. Their body was really, really clean, but they still had symptoms that I'm about to tell you about. But these symptoms, 语法解析

19:19

infections within the bladder kidney were causing other issues like metabolic and hormonal problems. And the patients would be like, well, I keep having hormone problems, but you don't think it's a UTI or kidney infection. Because I also have sinus infections, sinus problems. And I think you do. And many of the infections or microbes in the urokey would show negative, but there could be just one specific bacteria, like a lactobacillus.

19:43

It's in such high amounts that it can cause a weakness in the bladder and kidney. You guys follow that. It can cause so many problems because you have just one abnormal amount of a bacteria or fungus. If you're not sleeping well, you are not alone. 22:37

and it'll start giving you symptoms such as itchiness around the eyes, pain behind the eyes, even a breakout of pimples on the ridge of the forehead, like on the hairline up here towards the front and lightly on the sides. You can have a breakout of pimples there. Loosening of hair while showering or just a loosening of hair when you comb your hair towards the crown of the head. Neck pain deep within the cervical spine.

23:09

Pain along the spine all the way down the back. If you're watching me here on camera, all the way down the back, just chronic back pain. So if you have chronic spinal pain, chronic disc issues, chronic facet problems, look into the bladder. Chronic low back pain around the sacrum, especially around the tailbone. That's a big indicator of bladder infection.

23:34

One of the things you need to look for back pain is going to be the kidney flanks right here in the flanks where the ribs end where they stop and where the low back of the lumbar spine begin right here where the kidneys rest. So you have kidney pain in this area right here at T12, L1, L2 and you have tight hip flexors. You cannot stretch your hip flexors. You cannot get them stretched enough. They're always tight. Why?

23:59

because the hip flexors are right at the connection point at l1 l2 right near the kidneys the muscles attached to the spine right near the kidneys the kidneys have nerves that are basically shared they have nerves are going into the kidney and those nerves also go into the hip flexor muscles and when you have a kidney infection or urinary tract system infection

24:21

The infection will cause weakness of the nerve and the nerve goes to the muscles of the hip flexor and then the hip flexors are tight and uncomfortable. Makes sense. Mechanics. So the kidneys are weak, hip flexors are weak, tight hip flexors, which will then cause knee pain. You can have knee pain on the inside of the knees, constant knee problems such as torn meniscus, torn MCL ACLs,

24:52

Calf problems because you fall down the back. Calf problems. Tight calves. Chronically tight calves for no explanation. Heel pain. Plantar fasciitis. Pain when walking at times at night. Why are my heels and my feet always hurting? Those are just a few.

25:13

Now, we can go deeper into the kidney infection causing heart condition, but I'm not going to go that far. But I'm going to say those are the symptoms that you need to look for. And if you have those on very low subclinical symptoms, you still need to go research if you have a chronic UTI or bladder or kidney infection. If you get up in the middle of the night and you're urinating a lot, the urge to go where you almost feel like you're going to pee your pants,

25:39

unexpectedly like why is this happening and you think well you know if you had children you think it's just me having children i'm like that could be a point and that's true that's definitely true but if you're going randomly or going through the night there's probably kidney infection we need to clear up so you have these infections and these things rolling around and the reason i'm talking about is because if you clean up the bladder and the kidney you'll take the electrical blockage and inflammation out from behind the eyes and you're going to start seeing your sinuses drain better

26:13

you're going to start seeing the symptoms of seasonal allergies start to fade. I could almost say 100% of the patients that come in with seasonal allergies all have a hidden kidney or bladder infection. Look at your eyes. Do they have dark circles underneath the eyes? Bags underneath the eyes? Kidney or bladder infection. Do you have any breakouts around the chin? Pimples around your chin? Bladder and kidney infection. So these are some small signs and symptoms that we need to look for.

And when you have a bladder or kidney infection, some of the foods that are not horrible in themselves, but I always say be careful during the springtime season, are anything that could cause a histamine or mast cell response. So I always tell my patients, please reduce or eliminate any type of refined starches, such as cornstarch, any type of starch that has to do with rice starch, soy starch, any type of potato starch. You want to release the body's, you know, 语法解析

27:19

inflammation processes. And so starches can feed yeast or bacteria, mostly yeast and fungus. Some bacteria eat it. But starchy foods, they're not saying they're bad themselves, but I would say you want to eliminate the corns and the potatoes to get that starch effect out. And I would also say cow dairy could be a possible source of high amounts of galactose sugars that can cause inflammation pattern in the body.

27:49

Now you want to eliminate that. And I would say anything with gluten or wheat. So you want to eliminate the gluten or the wheat. Those are my three. The starches and their forms, gluten, wheat products, grains that have a lot of those gluten particles in them, and the dairies. Those are my three main. It's not forever, just sometimes. And so we're going to try to eliminate that. We're going to start to consider some of the antihistamine type products.

28:25

products that could help. Some of the most common that I think really do help is quercetin. Quercetin. Q-U-E-R-C-I-T-E-N. Quercetin. And to eliminate like you going out and trying to buy every single thing that would actually help you with eliminating all the allergy symptoms, I would suggest that you look into a supplement by Ortho Molecular Products.

28:51

And it is called D-Hist, D as in dog, dash H-I-S-T, like histamine, D-Hist. And they have a D-Hist Junior. Some people just love this product. I like it. There's another one by NutraWest known as Histazime, Hista, like histamine, Z-Y-M-E.

29:09

There are many good ones out there. These are the two I've seen work really well. And they use nettle, they use dandelion, they use the quercetin, they'll use certain forms of vitamin C. Sometimes they have vitamin D in there. And what they'll do is they'll use antioxidants and these herbals that actually can really have been shown to help with reducing allergy symptoms. And they work.

29:35

One of my favorite herbs is andrographis, like android, andrographis. It's one of Chinese medicine's antivirals, immune builders, but it also reduces histamine. It's amazing. Andrographis two a day would help so much with cleaning out not only infections that are chronic, but also with reducing allergy symptoms.

30:01

So angiograph is a really good choice. Angiograph is Supreme by Supreme Nutrition Products is amazing. If you guys want to know more, my good friends, the doctor, Noah and Michael Leibowitz at Supreme Nutrition Products have great products. And I would see that you look into angiograph and look at all the allergic sensitivity type supplements, how you can clean out infections to help your body handle the sensitivities. So angiograph is going to be something I would say you need to look into plus dehist or histazine.

30:34

Now what about the infections within the bladder and kidney? I want to keep it very simple. I always try to find two to three herbs or supplements that would clean out the bladder and the kidneys. First, number one is UVA-URSI. U-V-A-U-R-S-I. UVA-URSI.

30:55

Uva Ursi Supreme is a berry type plant that they use the leaves and some of the berries to actually help with cleaning out bladders and kidneys, cleaning out those bacteria, getting rid of that mucus and that sludge within that area of the body and helping clean the infections out. Also, you can use cranberry. You can use D as in dog, mannose, like the man, M-A-N-N-O-S-E, D-M-A-N-N-O-S-E.

31:21

cranberry or D-mannose or and uva ursi and you choose either one some people use dandelion some people use nettle but i'm telling you uva ursi is really good and if you really want to go a little deeper with the uva ursi or cranberry you can add in what we call bodyguard supreme which is a sludge and stone breaker if you have any questions ask your primary care doctor and physician about any extra questions or problems you may have and if you're young adults or young

31:50

Children, you have to ask your primary care doctor about that, but I've seen little ones as I've treated them a few weeks old and able to use certain herbal tinctures. I can't recommend that for everybody, but always with the input of their primary care doctor and using those tinctures and those herbals to help with cleaning out the urinary tract system.

32:16

So I would suggest you look and research these herbs. They can help tremendously. And the other thing that I love to use is homeopathics. I love Desbio, Deseret Biologics. Desbio out of Utah. Desbio has really great kidney drainage homeopathics. And they have some really good allergy homeopathics. Allergy symptomatology. I can't say they cure allergies. I'm saying it just helps with the symptoms. So look into Desbio's allergy symptoms.

32:46

homeopathics and kidney drainage. And if you start to incorporate, even in young ones, like the homeopathics for the kidney drainage, and they have one that's kidney and bladder drainage and the allergy symptom homeopathics, you can look into that research and research it and you're going to see some really amazing results. I've seen such good results with homeopathics. And one of the best products, even with the kidney and bladder drainage is the kidney, sorry, kidney bladder drainage product.

33:19

remedy and also the kidney bladder meridian opener. Now, do you use the drainage and the create kidney meridian and bladder opener at the same time? You can, but I just want you to research it and read into it. You can use either or or either or, however you say it. But if you use

33:44

a small combination of the homeopathics, again, the kidney drainage or the kidney bladder meridian opener, either one, plus the allergy symptoms homeopathic, and you use that along with herbals, you're going to see a really good reduction of your issues in your bladder and kidney. And then when you see that, 语法解析

34:10

you're going to start seeing a reduction of your seasonal allergies, in my opinion. You're going to get to where the next season, you're not going to have as many sniffles, as many infections the nose was because you've allowed the sinuses to heal up because you reduce the inflammation out of the bladder and kidney. And your next springtime season is going to be glorious. You're going to feel really good and you're going to be like, wow, cleaning out my urinary system helped my sinuses. Yes, very much so.

34:38

So I want you to rewind and recall those things to look into to help clean out the bladder. Very simple info. Research them and see if it's something that you think you could simply do. And hopefully you can do that in your daily practice of taking an uva ursi a day, maybe a couple homeopathics. And I would say you want to do it for at least three months and really cleanse that area out. If you keep having…

35:06

kidney or urinary tract symptoms, as I mentioned before, like we talked about, you need to go to a kidney doctor and see if there's any type of stones or sludge or any type of infection that even further investigation, like with the Euro key test, Euro key for the urinalysis test and see if there's something lurking and hiding. You're going to see that cleaning out the kidneys and the bladder is so beneficial. It'll help with 语法解析

35:33

Not only your urinary system, it'll help with your heart, your heart string. It'll help with your brain. It'll help with your energy and your stamina throughout your life. You'll see your nightly urinary trips reduced. You want to pee so much at night. Your brain fog will start to go away. The allergy symptoms will start to fade. Take this simple step. I promise you won't be disappointed. Check into DeskBio. Look into their products. It's amazing. Look into their research.

36:06

I think this is a good place for us to start to wind up or start to wind down. That's the right word because it's got a lot of information, but I want you guys to look into it. One of the things I want to end with is I wanted to say go heavily. It's just very short and sweet, but you have to look at the kidney and the bladder. And one of the things I want you to look into is the emotions of the kidney and the bladder. The emotions of the kidney and bladder in Chinese medicine have to do with fear, chronic fear, impending doom,

36:38

Dread. I dread going to work. I dread this relationship. I dread being around this individual. Fear. Here's some other side notes. I'm afraid I won't ever get ahead in life. I'm afraid I'm stuck. I'm afraid I cannot prove myself. I'm afraid I'm not good enough as everybody else. I can't move forward in life. I'm stuck right here, right? Stiff hip flexors. I'm stuck. I feel like I am a fish out of water. I'm in 语法解析

37:12

a season of life where I don't feel like I'm connected to anybody. I don't even know what my direction is at. I don't have a vision cast. I don't know where I'm going in life. I feel like I'm not part of this group. Those are all kidney bladder feelings. If you feel that emotionally, you need to start to work on tapping like EFT, emotional freedom technique tapping using the acupuncture points that you can find on YouTube or Dr. Mercola's website, EFTtapping.com.

37:45

You can also find a good acupuncturist who can start to treat the kidney and bladder points. But I say EFT tapping is one of the best ways to do it on your own. And I like NET, neuro-emotional technique, if you go to a practitioner. Usually chiropractors who practice kinesiology will do neuro-emotional technique and it uses acupuncture system plus spinal adjustments to help your brain process the emotions.

38:14

EFT tapping is amazing. And I would suggest you learn how to do EFT tapping or go to a practitioner. If you don't want to do it yourself, go to an NET practitioner. And you have to get the body's ability to open up and bring those emotions to the surface layer

38:29

and get it to where it can transfer down into the prefrontal cortex so you process it and you release it. That's why you're not able to process it because it's deep in your brain tissue. It has to come to the surface and go to the prefrontal and your body can process it. And then it doesn't stay stuck in your amygdala or your fear centers. If it stays stuck in the brain, you're going to start having physical symptoms, body pains, body aches, hormonal problems. You're going to start having digestive issues. You'll start having a whole plethora of things.

38:59

You need to find a technique or find somebody who does the NET or you yourself do EFT tapping to help release it. Start taking the supplements, looking into the homeopathics. You're going to start seeing you're going to release your fears. Was there a fear or a moment of fear in your life when you're young that had trauma or in your family's origins that kept you in fear mode?

39:22

and if you have fear mode fear problems they'll stay stuck in the kidneys and the bladder and it could set up the scene in your body where chronic sinus infections are basically not going away so we have to you know get our bodies to manifest or bring up those emotions so we can process them another deep insight is using neurofeedback lens therapy l-e-n-s lens

39:52

OCHS, O-C-H-S, Lens Oaks Therapy Neurofeedback, and it will help soften your brain where they're hardened and these emotions are stuck to soften the brain to bring to the surface so you're prefrontal. The area right here in front of your head and the forehead can process the emotions. You have to work your emotions out. That's the most important key. Do you feel stuck or do you feel afraid?
